01 / THE WORK
A project worth the trip.
Out-of-town labor minimums help make room for a complete installation visit. Travel, materials, and any overnight costs are separate.

A minimum is the starting labor amount, not an unlimited list of tasks. Item quantities, wall conditions, access, and installation time determine your quote.
02 / THE JOURNEY
Travel, agreed upfront.
Beyond 30 one-way road miles from Gahanna, travel is calculated for the full round trip: $60 per estimated driving hour + $0.75 per road mile, rounded up to the next $25, with a $150 minimum travel fee.
Driving time covers the trip out and back. Mileage covers vehicle use. Parking and tolls are quoted separately. We agree on the route, estimated travel time, and total before scheduling.
A hypothetical 240-mile round trip with 4 driving hours: $240 for time + $180 for mileage = $420, rounded to $425. Installation labor and materials are additional.
Planning examples are not city-specific quotes. Your written estimate fixes the agreed travel charge; ordinary traffic does not automatically increase it.

03 / LONGER PROJECTS
One day when practical.
Overnight when planned.
We plan a same-day return when the driving and work fit a reasonable day. Longer routes or multi-day installations may need an overnight stay.
The written quote includes suitable lodging at its quoted cost, hotel taxes and parking, any agreed tolls, and a $65 daily meal allowance for overnight itineraries, including departure and return days. Extra crew or additional site trips are listed when needed.
Travel and agreed overnight costs are paid before we book lodging or depart. Installation payments follow the written estimate. Changes to the itinerary or scope are agreed before adding charges.

Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, Toledo, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, Mansfield, Lima, and communities throughout Ohio. Statewide work is by arrangement, subject to project scope and availability. We operate from Central Ohio; these are travel destinations, not branch offices.
